We designed and built a bilingual event platform for an international summit, transforming a traditional event website into a complete registration and payment experience.
Built for an audience of approximately 300 executive-level delegates, the platform enabled attendees from different countries to register, purchase tickets, and receive confirmations through a seamless, mobile-first experience—all delivered within a single development sprint.

02 The Problem
The summit had a fixed launch timeline and an immovable event date.
Beyond presenting event information, the website needed to support international registrations, multiple ticket releases, and cross-border payments. While ticket prices were presented in USD for a global audience, payments had to be processed through Indonesian payment infrastructure supporting local settlement and a wide range of payment methods.
The challenge was delivering an experience that felt effortless for attendees while remaining reliable enough for organizers to manage registrations with confidence.

03 What We Built
- A fully responsive bilingual website (English and Bahasa Indonesia) featuring event information, venue and travel details, sponsor showcases, sponsorship opportunities, countdown timers, and persistent registration calls-to-action.
- A flexible registration system supporting presale and public ticket releases, individual and group registrations, automated ticket availability based on launch dates, digital ticket delivery, and attendee management.
- A cross-border payment experience supporting international credit cards alongside local Indonesian payment methods including QRIS, virtual accounts, and e-wallets, with automated payment confirmation through webhook integrations.
- An administrative backend for registration management, attendee exports, sponsorship inquiries, and ongoing content updates, enabling the platform to support future editions of the event with minimal operational effort.

04 Impact
- The platform was successfully delivered within the planned sprint and launched ahead of the summit, supporting registrations and secure payments for approximately 300 international delegates.
- By combining bilingual content, automated ticketing, and localized payment infrastructure into a single platform, the organizers gained a reliable system capable of handling both international attendees and local payment requirements—establishing a foundation for future annual events.
